It's home to the Currie family, and for Evangeline, Usi and their six children, it's a very special place and so is their town... Strangerville. Here, they offer help to anyone who needs it: their door is always open.

I actually envy sims that will live here or rent this place. Because I really wanna go to sea and swim till I finally feel good BECAUSE IT’S SO HOT IN HERE! Jesus Christ, hot summer is awesome but I kinda wanna breath too. You know, at least sometimes, hehe

Hi again! I'm continuing in Newcrest with another home inspired by the 2000s. I decided to go more vintage looking with the furniture. I imagine much of the house was decorated in the 90s or earlier. This house has 4 bedrooms and is intended for a big family. I had so much fun doing the 3 kids rooms. My fav parts of the house would have to be the kitchen, dining, and back patio areas. I'm going to continue building in Newcrest. I'm not sure if the next house I do will be as intentionally nostalgic but we'll see. For now i'm enjoying that vibe. stonefield manor | cc build. stonefield manor is gorgeus and luxurious mansion featuring a stunning brick exterior, spacious interiors for entertaining and a backyard full of greenery.

i’m back this time with an european/english inspired brick house. my inspo for this house is here. this house is maxis mix, i used both alpha and maxis cc. this is my favorite build out of the few i’ve done this year and i hope you like this build as much as i do

packs used: a lot of them. i’m not gonna list them since majority of them aren’t necessary.

for the computer in the office, kitchen AND in the teens room your sim has to sit down first, otherwise it won’t work. otherwise everything is functional and playtested

the upstairs has a weird lighting glitch i tried to fix it but it didn't go away so i hope you dont mind that

i use K-hippies terrains mod and their other replacements too so the grass won’t look as realistic as it does in my game if you don’t own the mod. it's not necessary but highly recommend. you can find it here

i don't recommend using this lot without all the cc plants/trees since i don't know how they are gonna get replaced if u don't have them & they're not that high poly
